Magnetic Dipstick for Harley-Davidson Pan America - Knurled Black

First off, the design and quality is great. It captured a small piece of metal on the first start after idling for only a minute. However, after riding for an hour on the highway, I noticed oil all over my boot and the side of the bike. Took it to Harley as I couldn’t find anything wrong and they thought it was coming from the dipstick. We compared the stock dip stick with this one and the stock o-ring was significantly thicker. Easy enough fix as we could just swap them. So far, no more oil leak. For a hundred dollar dipstick, it should come with a better o-ring and maybe an extra replacement. My only other complaint is the green color makes it difficult to see the level when the oil is clean. White or light grey would make this easier to see. Other than these couple things, I think it’s a good product and worth the investment.

Very nice quality dipstick with a strong magnet. Only complaint id have is it's made in China like alot of things these days .

Dropped this in my Pan America the day it arrived. This thing looks great and it's working as advertised. 10/10 will buy again for my future bikes! Met the owners in Sturgis. They're awesome and make a great product!
