At Figurati Designs, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to eligible Figurati Designs products purchased directly from Figurati Designs or from an authorized Figurati Designs dealer or distributor.

Warranty coverage varies based on the product material and whether the product is a standard production or custom product.

Warranty Coverage

Anodized Aluminum Parts

Fit and Finish: 1 Year

Anodized aluminum products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship affecting the fit or finish of the product for one year from the original date of purchase.

Function: Lifetime Vehicle Ownership Coverage

Anodized aluminum products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the product from performing its intended function for as long as the original purchaser owns the specific vehicle on which the product was originally installed.

Normal cosmetic changes associated with use, exposure to the elements, heat, chemicals, cleaning products, road debris, or ordinary wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Stainless-Steel Parts

Fit, Finish, and Function: Lifetime Vehicle Ownership Coverage

Stainless-steel products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship affecting fit, finish, or intended function for as long as the original purchaser owns the specific vehicle on which the product was originally installed.

Normal wear and cosmetic changes resulting from regular use, environmental exposure, improper cleaning, or external damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

Custom Parts

Fit and Finish: No Warranty Coverage

All custom, personalized, specially finished, engraved, modified, or made-to-order products are sold as is with respect to fit and finish.

Because custom products are manufactured or finished according to customer-specific requirements, variations in appearance, finish, engraving, color, or other cosmetic characteristics are not covered under this warranty.

Function: Lifetime Vehicle Ownership Coverage

Custom products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the product from performing its intended function for as long as the original purchaser owns the specific vehicle on which the product was originally installed.

What Is Covered

Subject to the applicable warranty coverage described above, this Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that existed at the time of manufacture or that arise during normal and intended use of the product.

Depending on the product and nature of the claim, covered defects may include manufacturing defects that materially affect:

• Proper product fitment
• Structural integrity
• Product functionality
• Machining or manufacturing quality
• Applicable finish quality during the stated Fit and Finish warranty coverage period

Warranty coverage applies only when the product has been properly installed, maintained, and used for its intended application.

Lifetime Vehicle Ownership Coverage

Where this policy provides Lifetime Vehicle Ownership Coverage, the term lifetime warranty refers to the original purchaser's ownership of the specific vehicle on which the product was originally installed.

This coverage remains in effect only for as long as the original purchaser owns that specific vehicle.

The warranty is non-transferable. Coverage ends if the original purchaser sells, trades, transfers, or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the vehicle.

The warranty also does not transfer to another vehicle if the product is removed from the vehicle on which it was originally installed and subsequently installed on a different vehicle.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subsequent vehicle owners are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, failure, or cosmetic changes resulting from:

• Accidental damage, including dropping the product
• Impact, collision, road debris, or other external forces
• Improper installation or removal
• Installation on an application for which the product was not designed
• Modification, alteration, machining, disassembly, or repair not authorized by Figurati Designs
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, racing, or use outside the product's intended purpose
• Failure to properly install, maintain, inspect, or service the product
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, chips, dents, or other damage occurring after delivery that is not the result of a manufacturing defect
• Exposure to corrosive chemicals, improper cleaning products, environmental contaminants, or extreme conditions outside normal use
• Damage caused by another component, vehicle condition, installer, service provider, or third-party product
• Theft or loss of the product
• Cosmetic characteristics of custom products

Anodized finishes may naturally change in appearance over time due to ultraviolet exposure, heat, chemicals, cleaning methods, environmental conditions, and normal use. Cosmetic changes occurring outside the applicable one-year Fit and Finish warranty period are not covered.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Acceptable proof of purchase may include an original order confirmation, invoice, sales receipt, or other documentation identifying the product, purchase date, and seller.

Figurati Designs reserves the right to verify that the product was purchased through Figurati Designs or an authorized Figurati Designs dealer or distributor before approving a warranty claim.

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

For claims involving Lifetime Vehicle Ownership Coverage, Figurati Designs may also request reasonable documentation confirming that the original purchaser continues to own the specific vehicle on which the product was originally installed.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Figurati Designs and provide:

• Proof of purchase
• The product name or part number, if available
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video showing the claimed defect
• Any additional information reasonably requested by Figurati Designs to evaluate the claim
  

Figurati Designs may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving or completing a warranty claim.

Submission of a warranty claim does not automatically constitute approval of the claim.

Inspection and Determination

All warranty claims are subject to review by Figurati Designs.

Figurati Designs will determine, in its reasonable judgment, whether the condition is the result of a covered manufacturing defect or an excluded condition such as accidental damage, normal wear, improper installation, misuse, or modification.

If a product is determined to have a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, Figurati Designs will provide an appropriate remedy as described below.

Warranty Remedy

For an approved warranty claim, Figurati Designs may, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product
• Replace the defective product with the same product
• Replace the product with a comparable product if the original product is no longer available
• Provide another remedy considered appropriate based on the circumstances of the claim
  

Replacement products or components may reflect current product revisions, finishes, materials, or design updates and are not guaranteed to be identical to the original product.

A repair or replacement does not restart or extend the applicable warranty coverage. The repaired or replacement product remains subject to the original warranty terms, including the original purchaser and vehicle ownership requirements.

Installation and Labor Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this Limited Warranty covers the eligible Figurati Designs product only.

Costs associated with installation, removal, reinstallation, diagnosis, vehicle downtime, towing, transportation, labor, or third-party services are not covered.

Figurati Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or removal of a product.

We recommend that products be installed in accordance with all provided instructions and, where appropriate, by a qualified technician.

Shipping

Customers may be responsible for shipping a product to Figurati Designs for warranty evaluation.

If a claim is approved, Figurati Designs will determine the appropriate return or replacement shipping arrangements based on the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.

Products sent to Figurati Designs without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Figurati Designs' responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the covered product or another remedy selected by Figurati Designs.

Figurati Designs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, removal, failure, or inability to use a product, including loss of use, loss of revenue, vehicle downtime, towing expenses, or damage resulting from improper installation or misuse.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, some of the limitations above may not apply.

Consumer Rights

This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights. Customers may also have additional rights under applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Figurati Designs reserves the right to update this Limited Warranty Policy from time to time. The warranty terms applicable to a product will be those in effect on the original date of purchase, except where otherwise required by law.
