Shipping policy

Order Processing

In-stock items are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pre-order items will ship once they are in stock and available for fulfillment. If your order contains a pre-order item, we will provide regular email updates regarding its fulfillment status.

Please note that occasional delays caused by high order volume, carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery timelines.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more shipped within the Contiguous United States.

For orders under $200, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional or expedited shipping options, when available, will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor your shipment.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@figuratidesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some shipping carriers have restrictions or limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. It is the customer's responsibility to review the policies of the selected carrier before placing an order.
