By purchasing a Figurati Designs, LLC product, you, the purchaser agree to the following terms: i) Figurati Designs, LLC is released from any and all liability for catastrophic events (both personal injury and property damage) resulting from the use of a Figurati Designs, LLC product; ii) Figurati Designs, LLC parts are third-party aftermarket products purchased “AS IS” by you, the customer, and Figurati Designs, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and reliability; iii) Figurati Designs, LLC is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss (including personal injury or death) arising from the use, installation, or compatibility of these parts with your vehicle; and iv) you, the purchaser, acknowledge that you have been advised to review your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty terms, consult a qualified automotive professional, and consider potential safety implications before using a Figurati Designs, LLC product.
