Bought a 2008 Wide Glide with only 1268 miles. Have your oil filter and now a dip stick. Can't wait to see what it catches. Would like it and would buy one transmission dip stick.
The dipstick and magnetic transmission stick look great and fit well. I have only recently installed them, but happy with the fit and finish of both products.

This thing is sweet! Fits perfectly. Looks great! I also went with the Red Oil Filter that looks killer and seems to be made really well. Just gotta track down the main Oil Dipstick now.

Well, it is everything you expect. Nice. However it should be inserted with ease. Mine I almost broke it because the o-ring was too large for my 19 FXDR. The company made it right and shipped me the correct o-ring size. Original was too thick. Anyway it works well. I just wished I had not forced it in. Ugh.

I’ve been around the block many times. I’m not a scientist I can’t give scientific answers, but I can give you basic understanding information. Any oil filter, any oil in a cold engine at 20° F or 80° F .The colder the oil is the longer it take to warm up. Any oil filter, any oil will bypass the oil filter when the oil is cold. How much the bypass opens depends on the micron media, and the spring tension on the bypass valve. Everything expands with heat especially including spring tension. As the oil is bypassing in your oil filter, the magnets are collecting fine metal particles. The average human hair is 90 microns. This filter stops up to 25 microns once the oil is at operating temperature. So take it easy on a cold engine, let the oil warmup a bit before riding. Easy on the throttle, give the oil a few miles to get circulating as it should. I have a brand X washable oil filter as well. But I especially like the magnets in this filter.

Hit issue trying to put the 2 dip sticks is. As it was hot. Make sure you put them in cold. Other than that all 3 are a wonderful product

The the one for the oil reservoir went ln pretty easy, but the one for the transmission was rather difficult to get the threads started and straight , and the cap is wobbly. like it is not put together correctly, I’m not sure if that’s normal but has me concerned.
